Jean-Marc has built over 18 years of experience in Top Management consulting at BCG, Kearney, McKinsey’s Big Data Solutions and LC&C.
As a Senior Executive, he has also led international Operations teams and Corporate Development projects for over 16 years in fast growing SME’s and in Groups like Swisscom, Telstra Telecoms and Carrefour.
Combining both the Consulting and Operations approaches, Jean-Marc has developed a deep expertise in Growth and Transformations initiatives with a focus on 2 sectors: Distribution B2B/B2C of Goods & Services, and Telecom-Media-Technology.
Jean-Marc has lived and worked in 7 countries (Belgium, USA, Denmark, Switzerland, Australia, France and Germany) and is fluent in English, with a good command of Dutch and Italian. This makes him particularly sensitive to the multicultural dimension in business transformations.
He holds an INSEAD MBA, a MSc in Business Engineering-Finance from Solvay School, an HEC Executive Coach Certificate and he is a part time Professor at CentraleSupelec Paris, a top French engineering school.
He is based in Paris.
